Jersey Corals use of personal information that you may submit to Jersey Corals through this website is governed by the Jersey Corals privacy policy.

Shipping & Delivery

FedEx or UPS overnight shipping on all live coral and fish. Shipping costs are based off of standard overnight shipping and priority overnight arrangements can be made, contact us for additional price quote.

At this time, Jersey Corals ships merchandise to locations within the United States. This means we currently do not ship any products (live or dry goods) out of the continental United States. Live stony coral exports require CITIES paperwork and extra expenses which make the process too expensive and time consuming.

Note: Shipping is to billing address only unless other verifiable arrangements are made via email. Contact us via email to make arrangements if a Saturday delivery is desired at an additional $30. This is in addition to the overnight shipping fee for your order. All Saturday shipments are not guaranteed if FedEx or UPS does not deliver on Saturdays in your area. FedEx and UPS ship overnight Monday through Friday.

Shipping Schedule

Livestock shipping dates must be scheduled with Jersey Corals, we do not ship anything live unscheduled. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival. In the event of inclement weather or any shipping liability we will take proper steps to the best of our ability to correct the issues, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that we are not liable for shipping delivery delays to your busy schedule. We highly encourage you to take delivery via your local FedEx or UPS facility. You can request to have it shipped “hold at location” and it will be held at an office for pickup at your convenience. We will do our best to keep you updated and aware of any possible shipping problems. We guarantee live arrival, but in regards to all personal time and expense due to unforeseen shipping delays, the customer is responsible.

We will email to arrange the shipping 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed. Please include requested ship dates on your order, and we will do our best to work with you. At your request, your order can be cancelled and refunded at any time prior to shipment date.

Jersey Corals will work with you to find a suitable shipping date that accommodates your busy schedule and ours. If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please email us to confirm the shipment date at Support@jerseycorals.com

Please do not combine livestock and dry goods orders. Shipping rates are for either livestock (FedEx or UPS overnight) or dry goods (FedEx or UPS ground). Combined orders will require a separate shipping charge to correct the shipping.

Guarantee

Our corals are healthy when shipped out. Our coral specimens and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, Styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on the environmental conditions. For the live arrival guarantee someone must be present on the first delivery attempt, if for some reason no one is available on the first delivery attempt the customer is responsible for dead or damaged livestock. Many corals can stress and have color variation or loss from the advertised photographs and will bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress.

Customers who choose to have local pickup or local delivery must contact us by email at Support@jerseycorals.com to make arrangements, for questions or concerns. Local pickup and delivery is guaranteed live arrival and healthy corals, the customer is responsible for checking to ensure live arrival and health prior to leaving the pickup or delivery. Once live corals are out of the possession of Jersey Corals we are not responsible once the customer takes possession. Again, we are not responsible for errors in the acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).

*** Chargebacks for the entire shipment and or order including shipping without contacting Jersey Corals via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud and theft under New Jersey State law or any judiciary law herein with your bank or credit card issuer.

*** When placing your order and checking off that you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Jersey Corals, your IP address is automatically recorded as proof that you are the actual purchaser and traced to match your physical address to protect you the customer and Jersey Corals as the seller.

We can only ship to the billing address of the cardholder.

You may purchase merchandise from this website by using PayPal and Credit Card at this time. Jersey Corals reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Jersey Corals offers discount codes, including a new customer sign-up coupon code. This coupon code is applicable for select full-priced items. MAP and items with existing discounts greater than the coupon code are excluded.

Return Policy

If for some reason your order (or individual coral) does not survive the shipment on the first delivery attempt you will receive a credit towards another order.

You must notify us via email at support@Jerseycorals.com of DOA corals within 2 hours of delivery signature! Do not throw away any corals, as we may ask you to provide photos of the corals in the sealed bags.

This credit will be valid for 2 months from initial purchase. There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances as the shipping costs cannot be recovered. Cancelled orders will be refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your billing statement. All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Please ask if you are unsure.

Change of Mind/Cancellation Policy

If a customer decides to change their mind regarding an order that has already been placed, whether it be about a particular coral or the order in its entirety, each coral/order cancelled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders canceled within 24 hours will be subjected to a 4% restocking fee. 

 

Mobile Terms of Service

The Jersey Corals mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Jersey Corals (“Jersey Corals”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Jersey Corals’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Jersey Corals through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Jersey Corals. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18664767880 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Jersey Corals mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
